It may be the first time you are considering using an upholstery service so you are probably wondering how we proceed from the moment you enquire. Here are the steps we take to ensure your furniture gets the reupholstery lift that it needs.

  • 1. We have an initial chat with you to understand your requirements and the timescales you would like your project to be completed by.
  • 2. We come to you so we can assess whether your furniture project needs to be recovered or reupholstered. We also take accurate measurements and start discussing the type of fabric you would like to use. Being in your home we consider your decor and home life so we can guide you towards key quality upholstery fabric suppliers. Whether you have young children or pets around the furniture we can guide you with your choice of fabric.
  • 3. We can order quality upholstery fabric samples to show you and help you with your options and choices.
  • 4. We send you a detailed quote with our Terms and Conditions. Once you approve the quote, we send you a confirmation invoice for a 50% deposit request of the labour costs and the full fabric amount. This will book your project into our workshop schedule.
  • 5. We will arrange to collect your furniture to commence the work on time so we can meet your deadlines.
  • 6. We will arrange a mutually convenient date to deliver your newly spruced up furniture back to you.
  • 7. We will give you the final balance invoice and provide you with care instructions. All our work is guaranteed for six years.
